essential-oil-bottle-dropper-over-31721541A friend of mine just messaged me that her husband had a case of Poison Ivy, and was looking for relief. I remembered reading about using essential oils and Apple Cider Vinegar with good feedback from those that had tried it, but couldn’t remember where I had found the recipe and the reviews.  A quick search on Google, led me to this website and the poison ivy relief recipe. I quickly shared it with my friend and she reported that her husband had quick relief, and that it helped more than the prescription he received. That is not to say, that you shouldn’t see your doc but you might want to try a natural solution first… quick and easy, and it works!

gratitude blend

Rollerball Blend of the Day is GRATITUDE. An attitude of gratitude is the perfect way to begin each day, and to use whenever we need to be uplifted and reminded of all the blessings and goodness in our lives. By expressing appreciation for the gifts of life, we bring our body, mind and spirit into harmony and balance, releasing the negative emotions that create dis-ease.

This blend of oils helps to open blocked and stagnant emotions, and helps to release emotional pain that we hold within our hearts. It also is a blend of inspiration and motivation, and helps us to recognize the abundance in our lives. It can also help with strengthening our connection to the Divine from which all love and happiness flow.

Use this blend over your heart, on the bottoms of your feet, behind your ears. You can also use in a spray bottle or diffuse.

“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
